Jim Golden is owner and photographer behind Jim Golden Studio in Portland, Oregon. Jim brings an artist's eye and an enthusiast's passion to his work; creating striking imagery that strives to capture the essence of his subjects.

Jim's latest preoccupation is collections and the people behind them. No item is mundane when viewed en masse and with the fervor of its owner's interest. Jim brings to light the objects we might tuck away in boxes, unable to relieve ourselves of, or items we place in our homes at the expense of square footage or counter space.

For Jim, dragging these items across town and onto the studio floor us nothing short of a thrilling days work.
